Return requests
StyleMonky’s current policy allows a return request within 14 days after receiving an item. To be eligible, an item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging where applicable. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email stylemonkyshop@gmail.com. Do not send an item back before requesting a return and receiving instructions.
Inspection and refunds
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact StyleMonky promptly so the issue can be reviewed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
Because the inventory is primarily one-of-a-kind and secondhand, review each item’s photographs and description carefully before purchasing. This page summarizes the published policy. The active store policy controls an order.
